Unique Handmade Artistry:At Pollex Palette, we take pride in creating each thumb palette by hand, making it a unique artistic product. Our thumb palettes age gracefully, enhancing their natural beauty over time due to the use of high-quality, wood. As each item is handmade, slight differences in color and appearance are natural, making every piece one of a kind.
Shipping Information:We ship our Pollex Palettes from our workshop in Spain to customers around the world. Please be aware that customers may be responsible for any customs taxes or duties that apply to their shipment. These fees, if applicable, are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you miss the delivery of your palette, it is the recipient's responsibility to reschedule the delivery with the courier or collect the parcel within the timeframe provided by the courier. Should the parcel be returned to us, you will be required to cover the additional shipping costs for us to resend it to you.
Returns and Refunds:We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pollex Palette purchase. If you wish to return your thumb palette, please note the following:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving and only if the palette has never been used and remains in its original condition, as received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions on how to return your product. If instructions are not adhered to, resulting in customs tax, the palette will be returned to the recipient, who is responsible for reshipment.
Lost Shipments:In the rare event that your order is lost during the shipping period, we take immediate action. We will open an investigation with the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Pollex Palette.
